Timmins Mud Fest 2018

We’re excited to announce the second annual Timmins Mud Fest! Come on out and enjoy mud drags featuring local competitors, as well as many out of towners!

TRUCK AND ATV/UTV MUD DRAGS
Spectator gates open at 9:00am; races begin around 10:00am. Tickets will be on sale at the gate with a beer garden and food vendors on site.
Day Pass:
Adult 15$
Kids 6-10 years old $10
Weekend Pass:
Adults $25
Kids 6-10 years old $15
*Kids 5 and under free*
Camping for everyone is $50 for the weekend (including racers).

Mud Factor

Mud Factor is a fundraiser run hosted by the Alzheimer Society of Timmins-Porcupine District Inc. It is definitely not your average race! Runners/walkers of all athletic abilities are encouraged to participate in this adventure race. There are a number of obstacles along the path, each testing a person’s strength and determination. This race is not competitive – it is a day for you to push to new limits and focus on camaraderie and team building; all while making memories, trying something new, or just having a few laughs! Teams are encouraged to get creative with their attire and team names. Registration is $60 per person. We invite you to download a pledge form and raise funds to support the programs and services offered to our community. Download your form on Eventbrite. Register a team of up to 12 participants and hit the 5KM obstacle course! One person will receive FREE registration for a team of 12 participants! Bring your family and friends and get muddy! Also on site: food, health fair, face painting and music.

Join us at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 733 Ross Avenue East where you will embark on either a 2.5 or 5 km journey around Gillies Lake. You can walk it or run it, but be prepared to be coloured up! Your nice white entrance T-shirt will become an amazing spectacular of colour as you go by the powder or coloured water stations. Afterwards, join us for a barbecue (we even have something for the vegans and vegetarians), music, face painting and much more. Great family event! Cost is $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children under 10. All proceeds raised go towards the various programs and services that the Centre offers.
