Weekly Snowshoe Event hosted by the Porcupine Ski Runners and Christine Dorion is open to everyone and occurs every Tuesday until March 27th. Departure from the Porcupine Ski Runners is at 6:30 pm. Please be there early to register
Come out for a fun evening of exploring the snowshoe trails in the dark. Please bring a headlamp or flashlight to join. It’s about 45 minutes to 1.5 hrs depending on trail you do and speed . Any age can join.
No extra cost. Membership or day pass is required. Rentals are available. See website for details.
Daypass are adult $5, senior $3 teen $2, child $1

Centre Culturel Laronde – BINGO!
120 Kent Avenue in the gymnasium. Doors open at 5:00 pm. Starting in March, Centre Culturel Laronde will be handing out ballots every night to be entered into two draws for $250! These draws will take place the last Monday and Wednesday of March. One draw of $250 per night. You must be present to win! SHUTTLE INFORMATION FOR MARCH BREAK!
The shuttle will run from Monday Mar 12th-Friday Mar 16th. Pickup times will be as follows:
9am from Timmins Metro
9:20am from Timmins Square (in front of Sport Chek)
The shuttle will depart from Kamiskotia at 3:30pm and will drop off at Timmins Square 1st and Metro 2nd.
The shuttle bus will be free for anyone who would like to use it!

March Break Drama Camp – Monday, March 12th, 2018 9:00 am – Friday, March 16, 2018 4:00 pm, 325 Second Avenue in the Timmins Museum: NEC. Join instructor Silvana Jasaitis for a week-long exploration of improvisation! Kids will discover how to use voice and movement to act out scenes that they will create themselves. A final showcase on the last day of camp will feature masks hand-made by the students. Ages 6 to 11 years, $125 for non-members, $110 for members. Please register in advance as space is limited. Payment is due at time of registration. Children should bring a lunch and snack for the day, as well as indoor shoes, and wear black or dark-coloured clothing.
